This is a really clean, well maintained, and very much loved towable camper! It has been parked at an RV park at Milford Lake in Milford, KS since March 2022. We are the 2nd owners and treat it like our 2nd home. NADA pricing guide lists average retail at $62k+. We are selling the camper because we are nearing retirement and want to start investing in a retirement home. We own the camper outright and have a clean title. When we first listed the camper the NADA pricing guide listed the average retail at $62k+. However, we have learned after much more extensive research that this value is not accurate as the market has changed A LOT in the last couple of months and camper prices are back to what they were pre-Covid. While this isn't the news we wanted to hear as we'll be taking a pretty big loss, every penny of it was worth it because of what this camper represented for us. This camper was our oasis. It was a place to get away from the crazy. Along with the lazy mornings and awesome afternoon naps, we had so much fun and made some great memories that we will always cherish. So our aggressive pricing isn't because there is something wrong with the camper. It's only because we have been given a sharp reality check. And we really are motivated to sell.
