We welcome our guests to 2 cozy bedrooms and a clean, beautifully decorated bathroom. Both beds have SUPER SOFT sheets and pillowcases. :) Super friendly and safe neighborhood, lots of ATV and walking paths. A water Well is on the premises. Relax in our nice living room with reclining couches, SUPER SOFT throw blankets, and an electric fireplace/heater to curl up to, a 65" Sony TV. Amazon Firestick TV is there for your streaming/watching pleasure. Wifi is hooked up and works good. The kitchen has a 4 burner gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, dish washer, a Keurig coffee maker and coffee, a microwave, and an air fryer. A washer and dryer have their own space next to the kitchen. Fire alarms in ALL rooms and tested regularly. All living amenities available for you and your family! Our living room & kitchen areas are newly floored with beautiful wood and new carpet in both bedrooms. All newly painted and decorated. Clean. We are 4 miles from the local corner store/restaurant, and 13 miles from town. Beautiful drive from freeway to home with pullovers for viewing. Great views all around. Tables and chairs for outside eating as well. Large front porch has 3 stairs going up. There is a railing on both sides to hold onto and a Watch Your Step sign for your safety. The yard is over 1/3 of an acre, ALL fenced in w/ grass (in the Summer and then leaves and sometimes snow in the winter).
