Job Position: Marketing Manager / Sales Coordinator Please read the whole post all the way through before responding. We are a small, family-owned company (18 people) in the Deer Valley Airpark Area that has been dedicated to saving Arizonans’ time, money, and lives for over 30 years. We need a dynamic Marketing Manager/Sales Coordinator to help support our sales and marketing efforts. As with most small companies we all wear several hats so there will be some cross training among other jobs in the company. We are looking for a drama free person that works well in a small office / casual environment. We are looking for a creative person that can think outside the box. We are already doing the “low hanging fruit” by doing PPC, SEO, magazine, newspaper, post card and home show advertising. We need someone to help us find and develop new markets for our custom pool covers. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of social media marketing. Every lead we get has a certain cost to it so making sure we keep in touch with potential new customers is critical to maximize our investment. We use ZOHO as our CRM. A list of some of the responsibilities include: • Follow up on campaigns • Measure / Report on campaigns • Help with social media campaigns • Answer incoming calls • Respond to incoming e-mails from potential leads • Schedule the free estimates for all lead sources • Respond to incoming e-mails from existing customers Bonus Skills • Sales experience • Design experience • Customer service experience • eMail Marketing experience • Google analytics experience • Social Media experience Leadership skills are very helpful.
