I do not have original box but will package her well in another used Spirit of Halloween box I do not have the instructions manual but included a link to a video below that shows you step by step instructions on how to put her together. Super easy. It is a great video. I ended up using this video instead of the included instructions. There are two Cotter pins. One is still attached to the metal assembly and the other one is in a plastic baggie. I do not have the wall adapter but do have the battery pack, which is awesome and much better then having to plug in her in. I will include for free and will also provide brand new batteries. :) I am a big Halloween fan. I keep all my Spirit of Halloween props in pristine condition.
