TINY 500 sq ft vintage ocean block cottage in the heart of Dewey. This 2 bedroom 1/2 bath with semi-detached fully-enclosed shower/dressing room. 2 parking spaces. Sleeps 2 people most comfortably with dogs, well appointed for 4 people, and 6 people legally if you don't care about never speaking to some of them again. 2 night rental minimum in the fringe season. Weekly only (Sunday to Sunday) rentals during the summer season, although mid-week rentals will be considered. (The resulting available weekend only will be posted separately.). Guests supply their own sheets, towels, toiletries, and paper products. Most summer weeks = 1600 + 3% tax, and $80 cleaning for 4 people + dog fee and security deposit.
