Vintage Kay Parlor Guitar, probably from the 60s. Right now, it is wall art, as it needs a serious set up to be playable. Looks great from a few feet and is in overall nice shape with not much real wear. Close inspection shows the pictured imperfections around the edges and the slight bend in the G tuner. Cool piece to hang or project. Comes as pictured.
