Description:

19 ft. 1964 Chris Craft Sea Skiff Hull #SUB-19-0013D The wood boat is mostly unrestored and needs general refinishing and some work as noted but is currently in use. Original engine was a GM 283 but has likely been changed to a larger one with the 283 marine equipment attached. The block casting number 3970010 seems to indicate a 1969 -1979 302 or 350. I also have numbers 191299178 V0709F3 but not sure what they refer to. The engine starts and runs very well and has a fresh oil change. The water pump, fuel pump, Carter 4 bbl. carb, exhaust tubes, and the alternator have been rebuilt or replaced. The transmission works well and the prop and shaft are good. The engine hours are unknown since the tach cable was broken when I bought the boat in 2007 and has since been repaired. The tach has been restored. The oil pressure and dual water temp gauges work. The ammeter is a shunt type so I added a voltmeter. I have the Mariner's Museum build information and various manuals and sales literature. The boat floats and runs 35+ MPH. There are two bilge pumps, a blower and nav lights. The boat needs paint and varnish, vinyl, seat and cushion replacement, some topside wood trim work, and some rib replacement. The hull is sound with no known soft wood. There is some delamination at the transom edges. The boat comes with a good wishbone trailer with Bearing Buddies, rebuilt electric brakes, lights and fenders. 2" ball hitch.
