Chevy 305 & 700r4

I have a chevy 305 that I pulled out of a 1985 chevy truck. 178,xxx original miles. Ran fine when pulled. I was going to use for a project but no longer going to. Pulled the smog pump and emissions bs off, so still needs new vacuum lines ran and a few holes plugged. Behind it, is a 700r4 that had no issues. Not sure if there's a rebuild on it or original miles as well. Asking $700 for both or $500 for just motor or $300 just for the transmission. Call or text show contact info if interested, thanks.
