For sale: 1957 Airstream 22’ Flying Cloud Land Yacht

This Airstream spent the majority of its long life with its original owners in AZ, and eventually was towed to MN in 2016. It was purchased, gutted and rehabbed in 2019 as an open studio/work space. The floor was removed and replaced along with the insulation in the floor and walls. All electrical, plumbing, and old cabinetry were removed. The frame and shell are in good condition. I have full documentation of the process to confirm structural condition. I retained the old interior brackets and hardware as templates for further restoration if needed. I also have additional supplies and materials that came with the trailer including; original owners notes, old catalogs, misc. hardware and parts, an electric polisher for the exterior, and an electric dolly (Powercaster PC-1). Use it as a studio, an accessory guest room, a simple pared down camper, or restore to a fully functioning RV.
