Looking for female roommate - close to UC Davis - $1100

Looking for one woman room mate to occupy one bedroom and a shared bath room in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment in south Davis. There are two female house mates already occupying the other two bed rooms. The rent for the available 14x13 bedroom is $1100 In unit washer and dryer, plenty of counter space, two direct bus lines to the UCD campus. Utilities and application fee not included, but free parking is available for all residents, and there is a nice pool and jacuzzi hot tub right by the leasing office. The rooms are spacious and get plenty of natural light, and our area never gets noise complaints. I have enjoyed living here for the past year, the community is great and so is the maintenance system. I am looking for some one to take over the lease beginning in August/September but the date is flexible.
