Northern CA Preparatory School (NCPS) has earned a reputation as a positive approach behavioral program with a strong academic component. Because of the important interplay between emotional health and school success, NCPS is invested in utilizing therapeutic services to assist students in overcoming limitations. The hired clinician is to provide the following: • Manage caseload by providing on-campus individual therapy, family therapy, facilitating groups, and coordinating care with community providers • Effectively engage and participate daily with a multidisciplinary team • Complete/submit assessments, Behavior Interventions Plans, and other necessary documentation in a timely manner • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned Education and Experience: • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field • Licensed MFT (highly preferred) or exam eligible Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (hours completed and application for licensure submitted) with the CA BBS • Previous work experience with adolescents diagnosed with Autism and co-occurring mental health disorders (highly preferred) • Familiarity with Individualized Education Plans (highly preferred) • CPR/First Aid Certification If you are a dedicated person committed to helping youths improve their lives and enjoys working in a fun and supportive environment, please submit your resume.
