Hello there, I'am renting one of the room in my home, whether if you’re looking for long term, short term or month by month lease…I am open for option. The house it's located near by Highway 290 / parmer lane, and Harris Branch Pkwy, in Northeast Austin 78754...Near Samsung and Applied Materials. and it’s about under 20 minutes to downtown ,15 minutes to the domain, under 10 minutes to Tesla. fast food places, restaurant ,movie theater ,grocery store H-E-B and Walmart are under 10 minutes away from the house The house is located in there beautiful Community surrounded by hiking trails and pond , the neighbored are friendly and quiet environment as well. Private furnished room with shared bathroom Included queen wooden bed frame, pillow top mattress , office desk and chair, parking space, high speed internet, washer and dryer, kitchen appliances, living room furniture's, pool ,fitness center, Storage space and have small lake behind the house as well. If you're studying ,working remotely or looking for quiet, clean and safe environment …you will enjoy staying in my home . All utilities and furniture’s including $750. you’re welcome to schedule for viewing the room and the house, I'm available any days between 12pm - 7pm!
