Rare/ hard to find Francois Carre Sunburst Cantilever Garden Chairs. Aka French Button / Pinwheel Spring Steel Garden Chairs. See pictures for more history about the chairs. I am selling them as is or with the option of having them restored with your choice of color. Have them restored (sanded, washed, primed and painted with 2-3 coats of Rustoleum paint.) Color choices are gloss black, gloss white, matte black, and matte white. Other colors yellow, grey and red. The total for all items restored/painted is $2000. Pickup in Wake Forest, NC or have them delivered locally for an additional fee of $30. This iconic Sunburst design is specific to Carre and was first patented in 1866. Prefer cash sale, but will accept Pay Pal and Venmo. The rocking cantilever bases with spring seats make them so comfortable. Would look terrific on a front porch, deck, patio etc. Also would make a great gift for the person who has everything because the chairs are rare and hard to find.
