Room for rent at Felix at the Society. I’m looking for someone to apply to a 2bd/2ba unit in Felix at the Society apartments located in Mission Valley with me! The unit is modern, luxe, and huge (visit their website to see pics and amenities). Your rent would be between $1600-1700 plus utilities. You will get your own bath with a guest door but only you and your guests will use it. My guest will use mine. The room is unfurnished. No smoking/420. No more pets as I have 2 cats already. Having a few guests over is fine but no wild parties. When applying please be ready with proof of income. About me: - 38 years old, gay male (mentioning as some are not comfortable with this) - Work from home as a software engineer - Have 2 cats that are quiet and friendly. But can’t allow any more pets. - Laid back, chill - Professional and respectful of others - Prefer a clean environment with shared responsibilities in the common areas - No drugs/smoking - Occasionally go out with friends but never bring/throw parties. Have guests over rarely - Hit the gym 3-4 days out of the week - Love game/movie nights, and some wine on the weekends - Average an 800 credit score - No evictions or bankruptcy - Clean rental history I am paying more($1800 plus utilities) as I will have my two cats and the enclosed bathroom.
