One unfurnished bedroom for rent in a two bedroom, one bath, bungalow style older home. Located near The Village in Durham off N. Miami Blvd at the Geer Street intersection. Room is available on 8/1/23. I do have cats, non-smoking inside the home. I'm a gay female, 420 friendly. Have Spectrum highest speed internet wifi and Youtube tv service - which runs thru a Roku. If you don't have a Roku device, sorry you won't be able to watch TV in your room. I will share the tv in the living room, of course. Shared bathroom though I am extremely neat and tidy - expect the same courtesy as well. $575.00 a month includes all your utilities in the home and rental for your room and use of the house. $300 Deposit required. Room is for one person only - no consideration for anything but one roommate. Parking in front of the house which is on a cul-de-sac. Quiet, nice, friendly neighborhood. No heavy drinkers. Big backyard with lots of room to plant a garden and/or cookout. I volunteer in the flower gardens at Durham city parks. I just adopted a dog from the shelter here a month ago. She's a 5 year old, very sweet, loving bully pit.
