Halfway in between Sherwood and Newberg off of Hwy 99. Easy commuting, private and lots of possible space for storage.>Partial barn and pasture for rent is also a possibility. Single female and one more possible roommate to share home with and the occasional teen 2 weekends a month.< Running/hiking & atv trails, a pond and peaceful setting. I work from home and am at the residence most of the time. Two bedrooms are available to rent with a shared bath opposite of the home from master. 2 floors and finished basement where laundry and another family room/bar area are for relaxing separate from central living room.
