The living room boasts ample space and features a fireplace, while the dining room connects to our well-equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher. For added convenience, there's a laundry room with brand new washer and dryer. Step outside, and you'll find a large backyard perfect for hosting summer barbecues. A bit about us: I work in the service industry, and Francesca has a full-time job. Our schedules are quite opposite – I'm often out during evenings, while Francesca occasionally works from home. This means we often have the house to ourselves. Also, meet Tini – my 10-month-old rescue cat who can be a bit shy around new people but becomes quite affectionate once he warms up. I enjoy hosting tasteful dinner parties with martinis and a classy ambiance. Utilities: As residents, we take care of water, electric, insurance, and internet bills. If you have a pet, we're open to discussing an additional deposit. Our home benefits from the services of a cleaning professional who comes in once a month for a thorough cleaning. While we maintain a tidy living space, we're not overly obsessive about cleaning. We want to emphasize that we maintain a drug-free environment.
