room for rent/women only /month to month basis

small furnished room for rent in my apartment on a month-to-month basis. 3rd floor walk-up. for a mature woman that can respect my home and not bring any boyfriend or girlfriend drama or baggage with them because I am a drama free, respectful and hard working person . You will be sharing the bathroom and kitchen and living room area. all utilities are included in the price of $825 a month. you have to be employed. I will need to provide one month's paystubs and a legit job verification letter. no couples and no children. I am renting to one person only. no pets. You will have to pay first months rent and half months security upfront . the room is on Saint johns place between Utica and Schenectady Ave. the Utica train station # 4 express and #3 local to Manhattan is a block two blocks away on Eastern Parkway/Utica and you are near the 46 and 45 bus lines among other bus lines.
