Hi! I have room opening up in my 2bd apartment. Best apartment I've ever lived in to be honest. - Very spacious apartment located off of Cedar Lake / Isles. - Giant living room + alcove dining room that gets lots of light. - Laundry on site + roof access. - Tons of free street parking. - Super quiet neighborhood with lots of older folks. - Immediate walking distance from Cedar Lake South Beach + Midtown Greenway + Whole Foods. Rent is $750 plus utilities. I also rent a garage space down the alley that I use as an art studio. Totally open to sharing if interested! Move in time: anytime in Sept, just before Oct. 1st! A little about me: I'm 26 and a practicing artist. I work at a museum and also a restaurant.
