Short term sublet for an all-inclusive $65 per night for one very large fully furnished bedroom in a 3-bed, 1-bath plus den apartment with all utilities, household cost and FiOS wi-fi included. The fully furnished bedroom is approximately 170 SF and receives an abundance of morning sunlight with gorgeous sunrise view every day! The rest of the apartment (common areas) is fully furnished as well with fully stocked kitchen. Rate is for a 1 person occupancy. For couple, the rate will be $95 per night. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accommodate any pets. Looking for someone coming to NYC for short vacation or short stay, will be out and about most of the days, clean, respectful and only does light-moderate cooking. The apartment is generally quiet and calm. Also, this is a non-smoking apartment (and building), no vaping, no drugs,no heavy drinking and not 420 friendly. COVID vaccination required. Our building is well maintained and has elevators, laundry facility and secured package room for deliveries. It is only a stone's throw from beautiful Prospect Park and 1.5 blocks from the B and Q trains that get to Midtown in about 30 minutes. Citibike station is also less than 50 feet away from the front of the building should you decide to rent a bike to ride your heart out in Prospect Park. Plenty of other retails, groceries, banks, cafes, restaurants on Church Ave, Flatbush Ave and a short walk to Cortelyou Road for really nice retail and restaurant scenes. REQUIREMENTS: 1) Upfront payment of all the nights plus $450 security deposit or $1,000 security deposit if staying for the whole month (returnable less any damages incurred to property and less $100 cleaning fee).
