Hi. We're looking for a clean, considerate, responsible, mature, laid back, veg- friendly and gay-friendly person to join us. We prefer a professional 25+ with a full-time job. We also prefer someone whose primary workplace isn’t at home. We are 3 guys (one straight, two gay; one vegetarian, one mostly vegan), 29 and up, with varied interests. We value a clean house, a relaxed atmosphere, and intelligent conversation. We're not an exclusively veg/vegan household, but vegetarians and vegans are welcome! The room is 10x12 with two windows and a small closet. Comes with window a/c unit. Ideal for somebody who doesn’t have a huge amount of stuff. Might be available semi-furnished. The apt is the first floor of a triple decker and has two living rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen (with great morning light!) and our very own laundry. Plus a ping pong table! Small back porch deck and a shared backyard. Great neighborhood and great landlord. We are right down the street from the new Green Line Extension Magoun Square station! Or it's a 10 minute walk to Porter T station and about 20 minutes to Harvard or Davis. Available October 1. Prefer a one year commitment, but might consider a shorter term.
