Swap: My Austin 2BR for your NJ/NYC

Spacious 2 bedroom in South Austin available for swap in July and August. Aiming for Monmouth County NJ, but open to anywhere in NYC, Central New Jersey, or Jersey Shore. Our apartment is clean, spacious and has lots of light. One bedroom has a full bed, and the other is used as more of a home office and has a twin day bed that converts to a king. The apartment is located 10 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from SoCo, and 5-10 minutes from a whole bunch of parks, swimming holes, and hike/bike trails.
