Very nice Seattle condo for your Florida

I have a very nice 1100 sq. ft condo in the desirable Green Lake neighborhood of Seattle that is convenient to most everything in the Puget Sound region. I would like to exchange November thru April all or part. Gas fireplace, garage, 1.5 baths with master suite, good safe neighborhood on quiet street with wonderful neighbors and much more.
